- Provide TRUM with the following within 30 days of the incident:
- A fully completed Medvac claim form – providing us with all of the guest/s’ contact details, full names, date of birth, travel insurance details, contact numbers and policy numbers
- A full and detailed incident report including dates, times, treatment given, circumstances of the incident leading up to the evacuation
- Invoices and / or receipts for all costs incurred (if any) in respect of the evacuation
- Please make contact with the guest/s’ travel insurance company immediately, or as soon as possible, notifying them of the incident and lodging a claim to ensure that they are aware of the incident.
