TRUM24 provides cover for both employees and guests who experience acute illness or accidental bodily injury beyond their control while in South Africa.
To qualify, the condition must either be life-threatening or require medical intervention not available locally, necessitating evacuation to the nearest appropriate facility.
In situations where evacuation is not advisable, a medical specialist may be deployed to the scene to assess the condition and liaise with on-site doctors to coordinate further medical evacuation or repatriation if required.
